New House
David’s House Ministries
Van Dyken Mechanical provided the complete HVAC installation for a new residential building at David’s House Ministries, designed to expand the organization’s capacity to serve individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This new home will provide a safe, comfortable living space for six residents, furthering the mission and outreach of David’s House Ministries.
Our scope of work included the installation of two furnaces with matching condensers, one Energy Recovery Unit (ERU) to improve ventilation efficiency, a unit heater for the garage, and four remote thermostat locations to ensure consistent and accurate temperature control throughout the building. The mechanical systems were designed to deliver both comfort and energy efficiency, supporting the long-term needs of the residents and caregivers.
