Covenant Christian High School

Van Dyken Mechanical provided the mechanical installation for the Covenant Christian High School addition, which included a wide range of new educational and athletic spaces such as a basketball court, locker rooms, wood shop, automotive shop, auditorium, stage and music room, and a new main entrance. Each of these spaces required air conditioning and properly designed ventilation to support student comfort, safety, and building performance.

A large portion of the ductwork installed throughout the addition was galvanized duct that remained exposed as part of the architectural design. Because exposed ductwork becomes a visible element of the finished space, the VDM team had to exercise exceptional care during fabrication, transportation, and installation to ensure the duct remained free from dents, scratches, or other imperfections. Maintaining this level of craftsmanship required careful handling and coordination throughout the installation process. The completed systems help provide a modern learning and activity environment that will serve Covenant Christian High School students and staff for years to come.
