Van Dyken Mechanical provided the mechanical design, engineering, and installation for Dan Vos Construction’s new corporate headquarters, delivering a system that balanced performance, comfort, aesthetics, and budget requirements. The project included rooftop HVAC units with VAV zoning, hydronic heating systems, radiant floor heat, snowmelt systems, exhaust systems, and specialized conditioning for key building spaces. Because the building features exposed architectural elements and an open floor plan, special attention was given to acoustics through engineered sound attenuation solutions that maintain a comfortable environment for employees and visitors. Completed over a 10-month period, the project showcases the successful integration of high-performance mechanical systems within a visually prominent office environment.
